Our Process

Ready to welcome a pyredoodle or bernedoodle into your home? Begin by following the steps below.

  1. Submit An Application: The first step to buying one of our puppies is submitting an application. Please download our forms, fill out the application, and email it to us. We can also take your application information over the phone.

2. Pay Your Deposit: If your application is accepted, you must pay a $300 non-refundable deposit to be placed on the waiting list. We accept multiple forms of payment.

3. Choose your Puppy: You are welcome to visit the ranch to choose your puppy in person. We can also arrange a FaceTime or Zoom call for you if you cannot travel.

4. Make Your Final Payment: Final payment of the purchase price and any shipping fees is due when the puppies are 7 weeks old – for those being shipped. Final payment of the purchase price is due at pickup for those puppies 8 weeks old or older being picked up at the ranch or before delivery by us.

5. Pick-up & Shipping: You may pick your puppy up in person at the ranch. We can deliver within 200 miles. We also work with several trustworthy ground shippers who will take excellent care of your new family member. We can also arrange nanny, air or ground shipping, or meet you at either Spokane, Walla Walla or Pasco, WA airports for you to tote your lil one home with you! Shipping is an additional cost to the buyer.
